I started working at Safeway and Jeff was how I got my job. He always went out of his way to help customers, be it setting up passover tables of product or digging into a pallet of groceries to get the customer what they wanted. He always went the extra mile.I could always count on him if I had a question on how to fo domething. We'll miss him..

My sincerest condolences to the Beltran Family. Jeff was not only my dear friends Uncle but a huge supporter of youth in agriculture. I got to know when my daughter's joined 4-H. He served many BBQ meals at the Sonoma County Fair during the livestock auctions. You were always met with a larger-than-life smile and an enduring spirit of joy and happiness. He will be deeply missed.

I´m so sorry to hear about Jeff. Every time I spoke with him he was kind. If I had a question I would call him because I knew he would know the answer. We had lots of great conversations and I will miss him

Jeffery was a good son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, hard worker, great employer, generous in laughter, and a caring heart to all who knew him. In good times and difficult times, he was a strong man. A leader among his peers. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. He has been in my prayers, Divine Mercy Chaplet and daily rosaries. Mass has been offered up for him for the next 2 years and this has been ongoing since I heard of his illness. He is at peace now and with our Lord forever. God bless his family and the legacy he created forever.
