Judith Actor, 81, of Spokane, passed away on January 1, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Adolph and Anna VanHollebeke. A graduate of Pasco High School and the University of Idaho, Judy dedicated her professional life to education. She served for decades at Holmes Elementary within the Spokane Public Schools. It was there that she developed many close lifelong friendships.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, David Actor; her son, Ryan (Mary) Actor; her daughter, Alexa "Lexie" Actor-McCully; and her cherished grandson, Reece McCully. She also leaves behind her sister, Carol Ann Combs; as well as her bonus daughter, Elissa Garcia; and her many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be February 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Rooftop Room of the Steam Plant Restaurant, 159 S. Lincoln St., Spokane.
