Gloria Leith Obituary
Gloria A. (Yob) Leith, 82, of Lower Saucon Twp. died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. She is the wife of the late Chester J. Leith who died April 22, 1996. Born in Hellertown on November 12, 1928 to the late Earl W. and Margaret J. (Fritchman) Yob. Gloria was a faithful member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Twp. She was also a member of the Spring Valley Sportsmans Club and Beethoven Waldheim. Survivors: Loving daughter, Patricia J. of Bethlehem; brother, Lamont A. and his wife Edna of Hellertown. Predeceased by a brother, Edward in 1966. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 10-11 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Church, 3233 Apples Church Road - Bethlehem, followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at: www.heintzelmancares.com. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is in charge of arrangements. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials to her Church and or the Spring Valley Sportsmans Association.

I still have some of her cookbooks and always smile when I see her hand written recipes ..She was such an Amazing person and miss her

pat sorry this is so late getting to you. with Bobby being sick this is the first i have been able to get on the site. We are sorry about your mom and sorry we missed the funeral. Bobby was in the hospital at the time and i was with him. We will miss her

I can't believe she's gone,,,,she was so full of life, and loved Bingo, always waited to see her on bingo Friday with a satchel full of quarters, she is also my neighbor. I held my breath the day the ambulance pulled in front of her house and I saw her for the last time, I didnt know then it would be. She kept her pain a secret and never complained,, she was truly a wonderful woman who will be missed.. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends,,Bob and Sheila Jankowski

I will miss her forever. She was always "miserably well" when asked how she was doing and her smile and laugh will live in my heart. She was a great gal and always a good friend.

Gloria will be missed so much..she was such a wonderful sweet lady that I'm so glad to have known..I just loved the way she match her outfits all the way to the purses that she made.she made the best pies that she donated for our club..I loved hearing the stories about her dog...she really loved that dog..she told me it was her best friend..well we all found her to be our friend..we will miss seeing you at the club...
