Lillian Oswald Obituary

Lillian Cornacchia Oswald, 89, of Jamesville, passed away on July 11, 2025 at Menorah Park in Syracuse. Born in Brooklyn, NY on October 10, 1935, Lillian graduated from nursing school in New York.
Lillian was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Fayetteville and a member of the choir. She was also a member of the Red Hats. She enjoyed swimming, painting, cooking, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, John in 2013; parents, William and Mabel Cornacchia; and brother, William (Georgette) Cornacchia. She is survived by her children, Karen (Mark) Harrington of Jamesville and Michael (Barb) Oswald of Kirkwood; five grandchildren, Michael (Cristina) Pettinato, Alexander (Ely) Harrington, Caitlin (Preston) Wright, Avriel (Ben) Kopp, and Matthew (Chelsey) Oswald; six great-grandchildren, Sophia, Lily, Barron, Wesley, Maverick, and Braxton; nephew, Mark (Orian) Weinbrecht; and niece, Jessica (Ryan) Hunan.
A calling hour will be from 9:00 to 10:00 am on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Church, 400 Salt Springs St., Fayetteville. The memorial Mass will follow the calling hour.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Menorah Park, 4101 E. Genesee St., Syracuse, NY 13214
