Terry Ray Gunter

April 9, 1942 - June 19, 2025

Terry Ray Gunter passed away on June 19, 2025, in Longview, Washington, at the age of 83.

Born on April 9, 1942, in Shelton, Washington, Terry served his country in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1966. During his service, he was stationed aboard the USS Vesuvius.

Following his military service, Terry worked as a welder at Reynolds Metals. A man of faith, Terry found joy in attending church and especially loved cooking for the men's groups there.

Terry is survived by his wife, Della; his brother, Earl; and his children.

In accordance with his wishes, no service will be held.

Terry was my patient and I truly enjoyed our visits each and every time. He would never leave me without a smile! What a joy it was to have been able to get to know him even for a short time. I will always have fond memories of him.
