Patricia Finch Obituary
Patricia's life was marked by faith, music, and a steadfast devotion to her family and church. Alongside her husband, Rev. Charles David Finch, Sr., she served faithfully in the pulpit of Westhaven Church of God, where she was known as a gifted Sunday school teacher and church organist. Her love for Christ was evident in all she did and in the countless lives she touched.
She is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 70 years, Rev. Charles David Finch, Sr.; their children Jeffery C. Finch (Sharon) and C. David Finch, Jr. (Sonja); her grandchildren Charles Finch III (Christina), Austin Finch (Lindy), Patrick Finch (Haley), Laura Thornton (Blake), Amy Files (James), and Sarah Hall (Jay); and great-grandchildren Charles Finch IV, Alexander Finch, Katlin Thornton, Mason Thornton, Cade Hall, and Kinsley Hall.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Elizabeth Finch.
Memorial Service
A celebration of Patricia's life will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Southside Assembly of God in Jackson, Mississippi.
Visitation: 4:00 p.m.
Service: 5:00 p.m.
Meal and fellowship will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Patricia's memory to Tau Rho Ministries at www.tau-rhoministries.org.
