Lois Bucciferro Obituary

Lois M. Bucciferro (nee Testin)
Lois M. Bucciferro, age 95, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the Cottages of New Lenox. She was born on June 21, 1930, to the late Lawrence and Frances (nee Baltz) Testin. In her free time, Lois enjoyed being outside tending to her garden, playing bingo, and always loved the challenge of putting together a puzzle. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and loved spending time with her family!
Lois is survived by her six children, Mary (Harold) Kazier, Donna (the late Joseph) Murdie, James (Judy), John (Kathy), Joseph (Sheri), and Robert (Paula) Bucciferro; grandchildren, Theresa (Peter) Oberding, Sarah (Eddie) Panozzo, Brittany (Derek) Heckler, Nathan (Katie) Kazier, Morgan (Matt) Bucciferro Hamilton, Anthony (Monique) Bucciferro, Selah Bucciferro, Amy Bucciferro, Michael (Maralys) Murdie, Matthew Bucciferro, Dr. Isabella Bucciferro, Dominic Bucciferro, and Julia Bucciferro; her great-grandchildren, Mae, Sophia, Grant, Eliana, Cecilia, Ethan, Sidney, Viggo, Lachlan, Louise, and Ruby; and her brother, Raymond Testin. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dominic Bucciferro; her sister, Frances (Bernie) Clennon; brothers, Joe (Bunny) Testin and Paul (Anna Mae) Testin; sister-in-law, Marlene Testin.
Those who knew Lois will remember her for her unwavering kindness, thoughtfulness, and the deep love she had for her family. Her gentle spirit and warm heart touched everyone she met, and her memory will be treasured always.
