CARBONDALE - Former senator, Kenneth Von Buzbee, 87, of Carbondale, died Thursday, June 5, 2025.
He is survived by his wife Betty (Hiller) Buzbee; son, Brent (wife Stacey) Buzbee, their three children Logan, Kelsey, and Andy; daughter, Kendra (Buzbee) Crews and her two children Cash Crews and Kylie (husband Trent) Bounds, and their two children Trip and Beau.
He is preceded in death by his parents Dellis and Maude Buzbee.
A Celebration of Kenneth's Life will be at 10:30 a.m Saturday, Aug. 9, in First United Methodist Church at 214 W. Main St. in Carbondale, with the Rev. Jim Barnett officiating.
