Sean Patrick Obituary

Sean A. Patrick, 49, of Cranberry Township, formerly of Greensburg, passed on from this life on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022. He was born May 21, 1972, the fourth son of Fred J. Patrick Jr., of Greensburg, and the late Patrica J. Collincini Patrick. Sean was employed as a civil engineer for his entire career. He graduated with the Class of '90 from Greensburg Central Catholic High School, and with a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Oakland, in 1994. After graduation, he accepted employment with Michael Baker Corp., working as a bridge engineer in Coraopolis. In 1999, Sean moved to Phoenix, Ariz., and held a management position with Infrastructure Engineering. Upon the birth of his first child, they moved back to Pittsburgh to be closer to family. He continued employment with engineering firms in the region. In recent years, Sean resided in Cranberry, where he tried to spend as much time as permitted with his children. When not cheering for Pittsburgh or his kids' sports teams, Sean would surround himself with the latest computer technology and gadgets, but he truly enjoyed a good ol' board game and bragged he was the unofficial Patrick brother RISK champion. His competitive nature will forever be missed by his family surviving him: his father; his three children, Colby, Connor and Katie Patrick; three brothers, Jefferey Patrick (Darlene), of Greensburg, Brian Patrick (Kimberly), of Wesley Chapel, Fla., and Kevin Patrick, of Carnegie; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and the late "Daisy the Dalmatian." There will be no public viewing or services. Inurnment was in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery with his mother. Sean's family has entrusted his care to the CLEMENT L.
