Tacoma, Washington - Pearlie Mae Carr was born on July 29, 1924 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 16, 2025 at the age of 100.

She worked in Civil Service at Ft Lewis, WA retiring from the Commisary in 1995.

Pearlie loved her family and enjoyed spoiling her many grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Theola Carr.

Pearlie is survived by her children Theola Carr Jr (Kris), Linda Davis (Andrew), and Michael Carr (Sylvia). Survivors also include her grandchildren Stephanie Larry (Cedric), N'Namdi Fields (Jessica), Andrea Carr, Jason Carr (Shantal), Amber Cross (Mark), 13 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held in the Garden Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with graveside to follow.
