I first met Phil Riley at West Point in 1976. My husband Tim, also a West Point graduate, and I were neighbors of the Rileys. Our children played together in the communal backyard. We became friends and continued our friendship over the years. I have many fond memories of the times that we spent together with Phil. He was a good man and will be missed.

My sympathy goes out to his family, especially Becky, Andrew and Kathleen.

My deepest condolences on your loss. Mr Riley was a good man. One of my fondest memories of him was that he use to call me "Again" when I would call Rebecca. He will be greatly missed.
