Angelo Marino Obituary

Angelo Marino, age 40, of Wallingford passed away suddenly at home on July 12, 2025. He was born in Meriden, CT, the loving son of Anthony and Santina Seminatore Marino of Wallingford. Angelo was a devoted son, brother, and uncle who deeply cherished time spent with his family. He had a profound love for the arts, especially acting, and found great joy in quoting lines from his favorite movies-always with warmth, humor, and infectious enthusiasm. His quick wit, expressive personality, and unwavering love for those around him left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Angelo's Catholic faith was a cornerstone of his life. He drew strength from prayer and found comfort in his beliefs, especially during life's most challenging times. His presence was a gift, and his memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his brother Joseph Marino and his wife Marie of Wallingford and his sister Silvana Marino of Wallingford, his nephews Anthony and Gaetano Marino who brought him endless joy and pride, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Angelo was predeceased by his grandparents, Angelo and Josephine Marino and Angelo and Josephine Seminatore. Angelo's family will receive relatives and friend on Friday July 18th, from 4:00 – 7:00pm at the Wallingford Funeral Home 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford. His funeral cortege will leave the funeral home on Saturday morning at 9:30am for a Mass of Christian Burial in Most Holy Trinity Church, 84 N Colony St, Wallingford, at 10am.
