Gloria Denise Moore, 68, passed away March 23, 2026. Born September 7, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Callie Ree McLeod and Jesse Winston. She was a faithful member of Zion Memorial Baptist Church and a dedicated employee of the Employment Security Commission for over 40 years. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Moore; her children, Lagonda (James) McGruder, Mary Jamerson, Gary Snipes, and Chevar (Katrina) Snipes; a host of grandchildren and extended family; and many dear friends.
Services will be held at Zion Memorial Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by the funeral service. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Winston-Salem, N.C.
