Audrey Legacy Obituary

Audrey L. Legacy, 74, of Grant Rd., formerly of Waterville, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Wynn Hospital, Utica. She was born April 6, 1951, in Utica, a daughter of the late James and Alyce (Beattie) Richardson and graduated from Clinton High School. On August 20, 1993, in Waterville, Audrey married Richard L. "Butch" Legacy, he died on July 23, 2016. Audrey retired from Hamilton College, Clinton in 2017 with 20 years of service. Following her retirement, she worked for Homewood Suites in New Hartford. Surviving are her children, Jeffrey N. Doliver, Stephen Doliver and his finance, Crystal, all of Clinton, grandchildren, David, Ryana and Darrin Doliver, Lindsey Dolliver and Joey Williamson, great-grandchildren, Liberty Wiliamson and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister Shelley Callahan and a brother James Richardson, Jr. There will be no services, interment will be private at the convenience of the family in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Waterville. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville, NY 13480.

I knew Audrey since 1967 she was a great friend. We loss touch over the years and I'm deeply saddened to read of her passing. I know that her and Butch are happy in heaven together. May they rest in peace. My condolences go out to her boys and their families. God Bless
