Ann Billingsley Sanger, 85, a long-time Colorado Springs resident, died on Jan. 8, 2023. Ann is survived by her brother Kent Billingsley (Donna) of Colorado Springs; her niece Suzanne Webber Miller of Montague, Mass.; her nephew Stephen Webber of New York, N.Y.; and her goddaughter Lynn Hardaway of Houston, Texas. Ann was cremated and her ashes will be placed alongside her late husband, Paul D. Sanger, in a private ceremony at Evergreen Cemetery.
