Barbara Peck Obituary

I'm just missing and remembering my sweet older sister, Barbie. It's been nine years ago now and you're still thought of and always in my heart. It's comforting to read all the loving comments from those who knew and appreciated her.

I will never forget Barbara. She gave me three bags of her VHS movies. I picked out what I wanted and took the rest to Amoeba for store credit. I still have the picture that was taken of all of us at Fresenius on Halloween all dressed up. I think Barbara was dressed as a Ladybug. her desk was always filled with colorful flowers. Barbie and I worked together at AT&T. I changed her flat tire the day of Loma Prieta earthquake because the AAA. Truck couldn´t get in the garage. Good thing the garage was red tagged. We shared so many adventures including moving furniture from Sacramento to her home in Martinez, driving all the way around Maui past Hana, sneaking out of work to drink champagne and gossip. She was my maid of honor. We lost touch and I am truly devastated by her passing. I miss her so much.

I loved Barbara: We all dressed up on Halloween at Fresenius Medical Care where Barbara and I worked. I still have the picture of all of us in costume. Barbara was dressed as a Ladybug. I knew Barb in the 80's at AT&T She was a dear friend on mine and I am so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful person and I was blessed to know her.

Barb and I were roommates in Aspen in the late 70's. We had a blast together and I'm laughing as I remember those times. All of it was beautiful

We were close friends in Boulder.

I miss my dear sweet sister Barbie. She was always positive, joyful, supportive and light hearted. I wish we had more time together. I know she touched many lives and I'm so thankful she was part of our family.

My condolences to the family of one of the nicest people I've ever met. 'To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.'

Barbara was the desk you went to when down. Just the look at her flowers and her smile perked you up. You will be missed but remembered Barbara. Prayers to the family who she thought highly of.

Barbara was a very special sweet person always. In the 19 years I worked with her I never heard one mean or negative word from her. She set an excellent example of how we all wish we treated others. She always helped others and did it with a smile and fast. It was an extreme pleasure knowing her and working with her. Prayers going out to her family.

Barbara was professional, intelligent, and best of all, a very nice lady.

Barbara was a lovely and sweet girl. I knew her from working at Fresenius, as I somtimes fill in at the receptiont desk. She always had a smile everytime I saw her. She moved to a smaller place and gave me a lot of her vhs videos as she knew I loved movies. She always wore beautiful colors and always asked how I was. I just found our she had passed away and I am very sad to hear it. I will miss her. Sincerely,
