I was so sorry to hear about Brent's passing. While I didn't know Brent well, I met him in junior high at Washington Irving. I remember his mischievous smile, beautiful blond hair and several practical jokes he and his buddies (Doug Ruley and Dennis Anderson in particular) played on other students.

My thoughts and sympathy are with Brent's family during this difficult time.

I remember Brent mostly from Irving Junior High but also around the halls at Mitchell. Oh my gosh!! He had that gorgeous blonde hair and a smile that made you melt. My girlfriends and I thought he was the cutest guy we had ever seen! We would've done anything to go out with him. He had a great sense of humor and was such a practical joker. As I recall, whenever he was around, there was always laughter (or trouble!!) Sorry I was unable to attend the services.

My condolences and prayers to his family and friends.

My deepest sympathy to Susan and her mother and the rest of the family. Brent was the "little" brother...I was a classmate/friend of Susan in elementary school in New Holstein, WI so many years ago. I wish I had known him as an adult. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Brent and I go back to 1966. I was introduced to him by Jesse Erickson and the three of us were rarely apart in junior high school. Since hearing of his passing, it has been an overwhelming avalanche of great memories of time spent with Brent. We stayed in contact with each other over the years and I last saw him in December 2002. He was a good man and a great friend. I will never forget him.

My condolences to Brent's family at this difficult time. Brent and I were in some classes together at Irving and at Mitchell and while I did not know him as an adult, I do remember him as being quite entertaining as a teen and I remember me being envious of his gorgeous long hair. :) My thoughts are with him for a beautiful passage.

I never really knew Brent well in junior high or high school but enjoyed talking with him at the last reunion. He will be missed by many. I hope his family and friends will be comforted with fond memories. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone. I wish I could attend the ceremony.

I was in class with Brent since Washington Irving Jr High. In the 8th grade, the math teacher, Mr. Mason, took Brent and I out in the hallway and told us to get haircuts. I had planned on getting one that weekend anyway.

Also, Brent was quite the athlete, along with his friends Jesse Erickson and Tom Reynolds.

My prayers are out for his family.

I met Brent in Junior High, and remember some of those school days together as if they were yesterday. My sincere condolences to his family. I am out of state, or would join you all May 2; please remember I will be thinking of all of you then.
