Charles Joseph Aigner III was born March 27, 1970, in Winston Salem, NC to Charles and Catherine Aigner Jr. As the son of an USAF veteran living in multiple states he moved to Ohio when his dad retired. Charles was called home by his Lord and Friend, Jesus, on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the age of 54 when he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest.
Following his graduation from Cardinal Mooney HS he attended Youngstown State University where he graduated with a Computer Science degree. He was known at YSU for his athletic superiority in intramural volleyball.
He married the love of his life, Christina Lynn Palmer in 2000. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Amelia "Mia" and Hailey. Volleyball was a huge part of his life which he passed on to both of his daughters. He was the Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Pine Creek HS for 9 years.
Charles worked many years as an international consultant on the Code Red Team, an executive level incident/crisis management team for British Telecom and other international corporations. He was well known for his ability to solve difficult problems quickly. Most recently he worked as a Director at Sierra Nevada Corporation out of Lone Tree.
A Memorial Service is being planned for a future date. Please see the Mountain Mortuary website for more information as to location, date and time.
