Damon Clark Schoonover passed away Sunday in Colorado Springs with his wife and friends at his side. He was born in the Los Angeles area and grew up in Whitesboro TX. He moved to Denver, CO for job opportunities in 2001. He married Tamara Lee Lehman on Sept 17, 2005 in Lakewood CO. He was an avid gamer, member of TRMN and Pathfinders Society. Damon was preceded in death by his mother Hazel (Greene) Dobson, and step father Earl Dobson. He is survived by his wife, Tamara; Stephen & Nicky Dobson, Colorado Springs; Dwight & Maurine Dobson, Broken Arrow, OK; Beverly (Dobson) Humphreys, Tyler, TX; Gloria (Dobson) McCloud, Tulsa; maternal Aunt Nola (Greene) Hale, Whitesboro, and numerous cousins. A celebration of life will be planned in the future.

I had the privilege of being able to spend most Wednesday evenings over the past few years with Damon playing Pathfinder. He always brought an awesome sense of immersion in the games we played and he will be missed.
