Daniel Prickett Obituary

Daniel Keith Prickett, 32, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 22, 2015.

He was born on June 14, 1983 to James Irvin and Elaine (Stover) Prickett in Athens, Greece.



Daniel was raised throughout several states as the family moved around and lived in Colorado Springs before moving to Tecumseh 2 years ago.

He graduated from Rampart High School in Colorado Springs.

Daniel was an avid photographer and was once assigned to photograph the Colorado Springs Ballet Company. He had a green thumb and grew rare and exotic plants, and was a movie buff. Daniel was very devoted to his faith and was passionate about the Bible. He had a big heart and was a shining light in the lives of those who knew him. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Reverend Keith Stover; and grandparents, James and JoAnn Prickett.

Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, Jim and Elaine (Stover) Prickett of Colorado Springs, CO; brother, Dr. James I, Prickett, III of Tuscon, AZ; grandmother, Mrs. Keith Stover of Tecumseh, OK; aunts, Lois Rigby of Tecumseh, OK, Patty Homs of Bremerton, WA and Pam Gent of Windom, KS; uncles, Clayton Stover of Prague, OK and Scott Prickett of Bainbridge Island, WA; and many loving cousins and other extended family and friends.

Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Tecumseh First Church of God with Reverend Todd Tiffin officiating. Burial will follow at Wanette Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
