Dear David:
You do not know me, but I was a very good friend of Danielle's in college. It was a few months ago that some of us realized that Danielle had died... & what a terrible loss, for the world, but especially for you, Zachery and Alexander.
Gosh, I could share some Clarion University stories! Mostly, though, Danielle was kind, generous, and faithful to those she cared for. In actuality, Danielle was not only my friend, but also my Fraternity Brother - Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-ed service fraternity - which is actually how I came to know her (I pledged in the Spring of 1992, and she was already a Brother.
Please know that in spite of our having lost connection through the years, I have always held her high on my list of those I'll always be thankful for having known.
Blessings to you and your family,
Best,
Fred Bortz

Dear David,
We are sorry to hear of Danielle's passing. I remember babysitting for Zach when he was just a little guy. I so enjoyed Danielle playing and signing at Faith E. Free. We are praying for you and the boys. We know that Danielle is no more in pain, and she is seeing Jesus face to face.

David, Zachery and Alexander,
Our hearts and prayers go out to your family David. Danielle was a friend, wife, mother and so much more. She has touched many lives and we struggle to understand God's will in times like these. We will be in prayer for you all as you seek to understand God's plans as you serve Him.

David,
We are so sorry to know of Danielle's death. She was so kind to babysit Elizabeth for me when you lived here in the neighborhood. May God help you to trust His heart when it is difficult to trust His hand.

David - "Miss Alma" was just here at Faith going through Children's Ministry records. When she got to Danielle's paperwork she said how sad she was to hear that Danielle had passed away. I didn't know until that moment! I'm so very sorry for your loss... I remember Danielle signing and playing clarinet occasionally for special music here at church. You and your family are in my prayers.

I'm sorry for your loss. I knew Danielle from doll class. She was very talented in creating beautiful dollies. I loved her witt and humor, she often made me smile with her quick come backs when joking.

I will miss Danielle so much this next year @ school. It will be hard to get through Art day, pick up, etc. School will not be the same. Thanks for all of the laughs. I love you, Andrea

I did not know Danielle, but I wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. I too have been dealing with Melanoma for the last year, it is a terrible beast. Be strong and know that she doesnt hurt anymore.
