Don sorry for the loss of your dad. I can still hear your dad telling you to keep your ears clean as we left your house to celebrate graduation. Your dad was an important part of the education of us both. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dean was a fine high quality gentleman and he was a terrific citizen for his city and his country. He will be impossible to replace. I wish his family the very best in this trying time.

Dear Margie and Family,

Dean's passing is such a great loss. It was a real privilege to work for him as his secretary at the Fountain-Fort Carson School District #8. Dean will always be remembered as a wonderful employer and friend to so very many of us at #8.

Jim and I will certainly miss those good coffee times with you and Dean, Margie. The coffee was good, but the visits were special.

Our prayers are with you and your family. May God bless you all.

Dear Margie, Neil, Norm & Don -- Dean had a tremendous effect on so many lives... he affected me and so many professionally by giving us the education and drive to go into the field of educating our young people; but you were also my family's friends... we all grew up together ... Dean's memory will live on in every teacher/adminstrator that came from the FFC system -- and you all are dear in my heart... stay strong for each other. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Margie -- you were my mom's best friend. I love you like I love her.

Dear Margie and family,

Please accept these words as an expression of my sorrow. Dean has been a tremendous influence over my life and continue to be a role model for me. His principles are what guide my decision making in my role as superintendent of schools. He was a man of impeccable integrity. I will miss him greatly. He was the only superintendent I ever worked for in my entire 38 years in education. He made a difference in my life.
