I went to school with Doug in the HAT program for 5th & 6th grade at Stratton Elementary. We were good friends at the time but lost touch over the years. Sorry to hear of his passing so young.

I remember Doug hanging out with Monty back in their High School days getting ready for their trip to Mexico with Outward Bound. They took me rock climbing a few times in Garden of the Gods. Was scary for me, not them though. Always was a genuinely nice, happy, good person. RIP Doug.
