He was born in Pueblo, Colorado on October 6, 1971 to Santiago Ramon Vigil and Maria Dolores Guiterrez.
Duane worked as hammer operator for a manufacturing company.
He is survived by his son, Jesse Vigil; his daughter, Julia Vigil; stepsons, Nile and Chaise Webber; his father, Santiago Vigil; his mother, Maria Miller; brothers, Ken (Christine) Vigil and Jerome (Felice) Vigil; a sister, Sandi (David) Wood; his granddaughter, Izavella Rosina Reyes; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin Vigil, Cassandra Winzel, Brylee Wood, Cerina Vigil, Dominic Wood, Santiago Vigil, Gabriel Vigil, and Michaela Vigil.
Visitation, 9:00AM-10:00AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM, Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at St. Mary's Cathedral, 22 West Kiowa Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
He will be deeply missed.
