Florence Pachak Obituary

Florence M. (Bobsie) Pachak, 95, departed this life on December 18, 2014 with family at her side. She was born to Edson B. and Florence M. Holland in Philadelphia, PA on

November 12, 1919 and lived there until the age of 14 when the family moved to Colorado.

She worked at the Frankford Arsenal and graduated from their first all female optical repair class in 1943. She was a member of the Society of Military Widows. She was a devout Catholic.

The Gazette wrote a wonderful story about Bobsie on her 90th birthday celebrating that the Pachak family were the first homeowners in Bonnyville. It was suggested that the community be renamed "Bobseyville" in her honor. We as neighbors heartily agree. She will be greatly missed by her North Wahsatch neighbors (adopted family.) Our sympathy goes out to Bobsey's children and extended family in this time of sadness.

Sincerely,
Elaine Ross, Joyce Dearing and Sally and Dick Hyles
