Fran had a distinguished academic career, culminating in a PhD in International Relations from Yale University. After owning a local bookstore in
Flemington, NJ, she began a successful career as a professor, teaching Political Science at Rutgers University and the United States Air Force Academy. Although she was a highly respected academic, she will be remembered most for her philanthropy, generosity, and love for others. Her life was enriched by many exceptional people, each of whom she held dear. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
