Jill Van Nada, age 49, passed away at home on Sunday, November 21st. Jill was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and has been a resident of Colorado Springs for 47 years. She graduated from Doherty High School in 1980. Jill was disabled and confined to a wheelchair and a diabetic since age six. Jill faced each day with dignity and courage, never complaining. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. Jill and I were friends in high school, I worked with her in the adapted PE program.I loved her smile and her laughter always made my day. May God be with you and comfort you at this time. Kellie(Rodriguez)Gomas
