In all the years I've known Joel, he was an inspiration and good friend. Although I didn't see Joel on a regular basis, when we did meet, it was like it was only yesterday when we meet last. I will miss him.

How fortunate I was to meet you when I first moved to Colorado Springs in 1975. As I watched your independence soar all of u who knew you were thrilled to see you happy in your career. Mark was instrumental in finding just the right place for you to show your
talents. You taught me so much and I'm happy that throughout these past 40 years I would see you quite often I thank you for trusting me and for always having a warm greeting each time we met. I send healinlg thoughts to your family.

Joel, you were truly one of a kind. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been your good friend. The hours we spent chatting were such a treat, I just didn't always know it at the time. Now my phone rings less, and I feel your absence, buddy.

Joel you will be dearly missed thank you for all the years you shared with our band and the wonderful memories you left behind. I will always be reminded of you how you used to tell me your baby is crying for you (which meant my keyboard,) and needs to be put to bed (which meant putting it in the case) you gave me lots of laughter. God bless you Joel Brown may you rest in peacepeace.
