Uncle Joe - Michael Cordova has never forgotten the long walks you took Mathew and him on when they were little boys collecting aluminum cans. He will always remember your gentle ways. I personally will always remember praying before each meal regardless if it was a bowl of cereal to give thanks to our Lord. I know now that you are in heaven with our heavenly Father. Your memories will be with us forever. Love Karen & Michael Cordova of Grand Junction

Our heartfelt condolences to the Joe Salazar familia. He will always be remembered as a kind, loving and generous person. We will miss seeing him on his daily walks; now he can walk in a better place with the friends that are asking him "What took you so long?", our Dad-Monico and his own brother-Alfred. May he rest in peace under God's embrace. And may his family know that the Avila Family cares and feels their pain. With loving sympathy. Emilia Avila, Mary & Marty Abeyta, Cha-Cha & Roy Vargas, Adela & John Cross, Josie & Rick Demers, Ruthie & Richard Fernandez and our extended families, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
