Karen Edmonds Obituary

Karen Lesley Edmonds passed away this week at her home in Littlerock, California. Karen (Lesley) was born in 1950 to Bud and Jackie Edmonds and grew up in Manitou Springs, graduating from Manitou Springs High School. She received her veterinary degree from CSU in Ft. Collins, and had a veterinary practice in Fountain until 1986 when she and her daughter moved to California. She is survived by her daughter Jacquelynn who resides in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Raymond. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 8, at 2 pm at Fellowship of the Rockies Church, 1625 S. 8th St., Colorado Springs. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Ruby Ranch Horse Rescue, 36785 Ramah Rd. E, Ramah, CO 80832 or to Castleton Ranch Horse Rescue, 28581 Old Ranch Drive, Valley Center, CA 92082.
