Katherine Lujan Obituary

Katherine M. Lujan, 60, of Colorado Springs, passed away on November 23, 2009. Katherine was born on February 10, 1949 in Salida, CO to Jose Lino and Louise (Mestas) Bustos. In 1965, Katherine married Charles Lujan. Katherine enjoyed being a homemaker but also worked as a janitor. In her spare time, she enjoyed cleaning, gardening, nature, and taking good care of her grandchildren. Katherine is survived by her husband of forty three years, Charles; daughters, Roxanne Renee and Charlene Laverne Lujan; son, Charles Mark Lujan; brothers, Leonard and Anthony Bustos; sister, Melissa Bustos; grandsons, Timothy Richard Earl Lujan and Phoenix Skye Lujan. Katherine is also survived by two great grandsons, Angelo Charles and Dante Christian Lujan. Katherine is preceded in death by her father, brother Jose Lino Bustos III and one sister Juanita Rhonda Espinoza. Per Katherine's request, her body will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
