Sidberry
Larry "Sid" Sidberry
December 25, 1950
June 8, 2024

Larry "Sid" Sidberry, 73, was called home on June 8, 2024.
He was born on December 25, 1950 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Charles Williams and Althea C. McCormick.
Sid joined the Air Force in 1970 and served our country for 20 years. Although he was in the Air Force, and served at various Temporary Duty Stations (TDY), Sid became a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1975. After his time was over, he secured a position with the city of Colorado Springs where he retired from.
Sid enjoyed spending time with family, friends, traveling back to Pittsburgh, DJing at various establishments around the city, playing cards, and landscaping throughout the city. Sid's Weeds and Things became a best-kept secret around the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Sid is survived by his mother, Ms. Althea Williams; children, Chantine "Tina" Macklin, Anthony Macklin, Michelle Macklin, and Timothy Sidberry. Sid is also survived by two grandsons and two granddaughters; cousins; friends; and loved ones.
Sid was preceded in death by his father.
