Lela Beegles Obituary

Lela R. Beegles, age 74, passed away on October 19, 2005. She was born on August 3, 1931 in McClave, Colorado, a daughter of the late Marion A. and Ardus I. Oxley. Lela was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and was involved in various Women's Groups at the church. She loved to travel, sew, cook and can. Lela is survived by her husband, Wilbur Beegles. They were married November 24, 1950 at La Junta. She is also survived by her children: Ken (JoAnn) Beegles of Durango, Greg (Gail) Beegles of Wheatridge, Janet (Terry) Koelling of Boulder, sisters, Uella Yost of Camden, Ohio, Esther Hazlett of Grants, New Mexico, Ilah Crisp of Berthoud, George Roesch of Greeley, grandchildren; Ransom Beegles, Tammy Beegles, Kirby Beegles, Rebecca Beegles, Troy Koelling, Tabitha Koelling, Kyra Koelling, Jeremy Beegles, Timothy Beegles and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2005 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2005 at Immanuel Lutheran Church 846 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church in her memory.
