Lois Weikart passed away peacefully the afternoon of Tuesday December 26th in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Lois was born in Missouri on September 25, 1930.
Lois was a beloved mother, wife, sister, grandparent, and teacher. She graduated valedictorian of her high school. Lois served with joy as a housewife for her husband and children. Upon returning to work, she was a teacher and district librarian for Falcon school district. Lois loved to travel and went to many locations inside and outside of the United States.
Lois attended Springs Vineyard Church and was active in many organizations including One Voice Mission.
Lois left behind her sister Vera, four children; Marty (Heather) Richard (Lisa) Linda, and Don. She also leaves numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
A viewing will be held at Memorial Gardens Funeral and Cemetery on January 5th at 1pm.
A celebration of life will be held this summer with details still to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vineyard Church of Colorado Springs 4301 Forrest Hill Road Colorado Springs Co 80907 or the charity of your choice.

Lois and I rode together to Pikes Peak Women's Connection events for several of her latter years. She was such a sweet caring soul and I will miss her. Marty Meinert
