I worked with Pam for several years and always enjoyed her company. She was smart, funny and always looked for ways to help women improve and promote. We had a lot in common and shared a lot of laughs. Pam could be gullible sometimes and it was always a pleasure to play a practical joke on her too! You are missed and far too soon.

I enjoyed working with Pam because she was always genuine, funny and positive. We worked together for several years where I saw up close her work ethic and dedication. But Pam's friendship and our everyday chit chats were what I remember and value most. What a pleasure to have had the opportunity to know and spend time with Pam. To Bob and family, we are sorry for your far too soon loss of Pam.

Although I spent my entire USAA career in the claims side of the operation, I had the great fortune to work with Pam on many inter-discipline projects. She was always a breath of fresh air and exuded enthusiasm and professionalism wherever she went. We are all blessed for having known her. Rest in peace Pam.

I worked for Pam as her secretary for many years not just once but twice during my employment at USAA and what an honor that was. I was the lucky one to have her in my life. I have so many great memories of Pam that I will cherish the good times we shared. Pam was one of a kind. She had a great sense of humor and was a very intelligent, sophisticated lady. After Pam retired from USAA we made it a point to keep in touch through mail, phone calls, birthdays and holidays. My son, Jason and I will never forget Pam she was very dear to our hearts and treated us as family. I am truly going to miss my best friend. I love and miss you Pam. My thoughts and prayers to her family and many friends.

First and foremost, a kind person who thought of others first (ask any of her former employees) and never an unkind word. She was a friend to all she met. She had the heart and passion of the best teacher ever. A great leader, a great teammate, always looking for the win-win. Very pleased to read that she found her niche in retirement post-USAA. I only wish she was here to see and read the esteem in which we all held her. What a class act she was.

I met Pam in 1989 when she became my role model, boss and mentor ... and then instantly my friend! My life was much better for having known Pam! I have loving thoughts of when my husband (also Terry) and I met up with Pam and Bob at our favorite place ... Maui. Some great memories including a not so friendly bird that bit Bob while taking pictures. We lost her too soon ... Heaven has a new and beautiful angel! Rest in Peace my dear friend!

Pam and my wife Barb, who died from breast cancer 8 years ago, worked together for many years at USAA. They always had a mutual respect and admiration for each other, and it was always a delight to encounter Pam in the grocery store or somewhere and reminisce after Barb died. I am so sorry to hear this news. I will remember her fondly.

A classy lady who had the heart and soul of the best teacher/professor you ever had. She had a deep and genuine caring nature and never had an unkind word, always looked for the positive approach to everything. Those of us that worked with her at USAA were blessed to have known her and to have worked with her - she unflinchingly gave everything she had to her employees, her co-workers and the customers. A role model if ever there was one and when she left it was truly USAA's loss.
Very pleased to hear that she found happiness in retirement, but the world is poorer for her being gone and I share in that grieving. Her family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers. Peace.
