Raul Balquin Obituary
He was born January 17, 1936, in Ancón Canal Zone, Panama City, Panama, to the union of Eleuterio and Celina Davila Balquin. His parents preceded him in death, also his wife Eileen Nelson and Brother Anival Balquin.
Raul served in the United States Army for Twenty-one years attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. He served during the Korean and Vietnam Conflicts and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal, Bronze Service Stants, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 Devices Good Conduct Medal, and many more.
He was member of Colorado Springs Masonic Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 76
He leaves to cherish his memories his children Raul Antonio Balquin, Roberto Rene Balquin, Rogelio Jesus Balquin, Rodolfo Jesus Balquin. His brother Jose Balquin and a host of numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am to 12:00pm Wednesday April 27, 2016 at Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors at 1104 S. Circle Drive.
