Mr. Ryan was an awesome manager and person. He really would put forth an effort to mentor and equip those he worked for. He also expressed a great love for his family.

I am deeply sorry to hear of the passing of Dick Ryan. We worked together in Colorado Springs, Colorado on the WCOM contract. Dick always knew how to make everyone smile and was a great co-worker. Dick will be greatly missed.

I just found out about Dick's passing today.I worked with and for Dick at Thule AB in Greenland. He was a good decent man who cared about his people and made a difference. I respected his integrity, intelligence, humor and good heart. There aren't many like Dick. My deepest sympathy to his family. He is sorely missed.
