We are so sorry to hear of the death of a great friend. Marilyn just happens to be in Colorado Springs for her granddaughter's first birthday and will be at the funeral. My health has not been good either the last several years. Rick was a great friend. We had some great times together. I wish we had kept in touch over the last several years. Our sympathy for this loss is with all of you. He will be missed. We will keep all of you in our prayers.

Rick was one of my dearest and longest friends and even though I didn't see him often, I knew he was always there for me. I shall miss him very much. My Mom and I enjoyed seeing him in Arizona this spring. My sincere sympathy to his family. I know he loved them all very much.

I was very sadden by the news of Mr. Carlin's passing. I always enjoyed taking care of the Carlins & their friends (and hearing of their recent golf outings) when they came into JOSEPH'S FINE DINING. Mr. Carlin was a class-act and will be missed.

So very sad all the way out here in California.....indeed he was one of the Dodge Boys, but those of us who knew him know he was a Mercedes man at heart. 2 years ago I told him of my "new" 1979 450sl and his response was a hearty "congratulations" with an "it's about time." Then he impressed upon me the importance of the design of the "Pagoda" top....ah, to talk cars with him just once more...I learned the concept of "it's not over til it's over" from Rick and I guess now, well, it's over!
