I had the pleasure of working under Pappy first as an apprentice carpenter and later working with him as a Journeyman. He taught me things that I will never forget. I really enjoyed listening to his hunting stories and his Pikes Peak stories. He will be missed alot.

I met Pappy in 1999 when he renovated our office in the Springs. I ran into him again in 2003 out at Schriever. He was probably one of the most skilled carpenters I have had the pleasure of knowing. He always had time for a conversation and time to teach the guys who worked for him. I will miss running into him in the halls.
