Sherri D. (Long) Murdock passed away on November 16, 2022, after living many difficult years with Multiple Sclerosis. Sherri was born March 19, 1960, in Colorado Springs to Donald and Virginia Long. She was a little sister to surviving brothers Gary Long of Incline Village, NV, and Terry Long of Leadville, CO. Sherri graduated from Mitchell High School in 1978 and worked many years for Digital Equipment and the Olympic Volleyball Team. Before her MS diagnosis, Sherri was an avid bicyclist and outdoors enthusiast. She loved Colorado, making arts and crafts and had a talent for design. No services are planned, but a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the MS Society.

Sherry lived behind us Woodland Park. She was a beautiful person. MS was hard on her body. I remember one time I helped her highlight her hair. I had never done that before. She loved her dad. I took her to visit him a few times. May she rest in peace in heaven with her parents.
