Warren Casey Obituary

Warren Casey, 68, formerly of Colorado Springs, died February 20th in Greensburg, PA. He was born March 29, 1941 in Kansas City, KS. He is preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Ketterman Casey and father, Leonard Casey. Warren was a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Peterson AFB, CO. He was a member of Caddo Masonic Lodge 179 in Shreveport, LA, Order of the Eastern Star, Amaranth, Lions & various other organizations. Survivors include his daughter, LaDonna Jones, husband, Tim, and children Amber, Analynn & Allen of Springfield, TN.; brother, Stephen Casey of Manhattan, KS; sister, Beverly McNab & husband Ron of Greensburg, PA; nephews, Brian Casey, Brian Bills and wife, Erica; niece, Kathlene Casey; and great niece, Shelby Bills. A memorial service was held on February 23 in Jeanette, PA. Warren's ashes will be scattered in Colorado and Arizona at a later date.

Warren was a great friend to our family. I remember looking up to him as I went through the ranks in Rainbow Girls. I was honored to have him by my side when I was installed as Worthy Advisor; and grateful to know my grandmother had a wonderful friend in him.

It was with much sorry that we learned of Warrens death.We met at Pete Field,Co in 1980 and became long time friends.Warren was a freequent visitor at our home,especially during football season when he enjoyed my cooking. We will miss him and our weekly phone calls.
