Born in Minnesota to Donald Hanrehan and Mary (Foster) Hanrehan. Barbara was the middle child of three and is survived by older sister Virginia Ryan and younger brother Donald Hanrehan. After a brief stint at the U she joined the US Air Force. While stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi she met and married Joseph Fisher and had three children, Donald, Joseph, (Braxton, Madison, Miyanna), and Ann Marie. Her second marriage to Ronald Taylor added two adult children to her life and three more grandchildren. Brian, Neil (Missy) (Lane, Avery, Olivia). After retiring from the IRS, she and Ron enjoyed life! USAF football, cruises, annual fishing trips to Ontario and many road trips to see friends and family across the US. She will be laid to rest at Pikes Peak National Cemetery. A special thank you to Abode Hospice. Memorials to your local Hospice association would be welcome.

I am a friend of Barbara´s from IRS in Kansas City Missouri.
I just heard of Barbara´s passing last night.
I am so sorry to hear and will definitely miss our talks and hearing about her trips and her family. I also miss her trips to KC and lunch at Gates.
Through the years we exchanged Christmas gifts and she sent me some of the most beautiful black angel´s that I cherish and hang on my Christmas tree every year
My condolences to all of her family and especially her children and grandchildren that she loved so much and talked about in all of our conversations
when we updated each other on our families.
May my friend rest with Jesus and the angels. I will miss her.

To know Barbara was to love her. She never forgot a birthday or anniversary. I always enjoyed her Christmas Letter sharing her and Ron's travels. She was a best friend and sister in law to me. Thankful she is at peace...she will be missed and loved
