Christopher Scott Benger, age 42, of Littleton, CO, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, December 28, 2023. He was born on November 21, 1981 in Colorado, and raised in Monument, CO, the son of Patricia (Grubb) and Scott Christopher Benger.
Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Colorado State University and went on to the University of Denver where he earned a Masters degree in Finance. He spent his whole professional career at CoBank where he most recently served as Vice President of Credit.
He is survived by his wife, Monica Benger and two daughters, Reagan Emily (11) and Georgia Kate (8), sister Lydia Benger and wife, Candis Outson. Christopher and Monica met at Colorado State University and were married for 16 years.
Chris was an avid sports fan, especially for his beloved CSU football and basketball programs. Go Rams!

Memorial Mass - January 12th at 10am at St Peter Catholic Church in Monument, Colorado
Celebration of Life - January 13th, 2pm at the Parker Arts, Culture, and Events Center (PACE Center) in Parker, Colorado.

Pat, My heart is with you this Christmas. I know it must be hard for you. My brother, Bill, passed away this Nov. and it has been very tough. My very favorite Christmas card over the years was yours so I especially think about you during this time of year. May God hold you close and bless you with His love and peace. I love you.

Pat. I don't know if you remember me Gen Rooney. We used to play volleyball in Monument. I was shocked to see Christopher's obituary. I cannot imagine your grief. Please know I am praying for you and your family.
