Rose Marie Garrison was born July 24, 1942, the daughter of Emile and Mary Kathryn Garnett. Rose died on February 23, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was 83.
Rose Marie Garrison is survied by her childern, grand childern, and great childern, Joseph Cloyd (Victoria) Colo Spgs, CO - Dominic Dexter Colo Spgs - Jon Wesley (Alison) Colo Spgs, CO - Mykia Marie Colo Spgs, CO, and Mykal Raymond. 5 Grandsons - Joseph S. (Crissy) Greeley, CO - Todd A. Henderson, CO - Christopher A. Platteville, CO - Andrew J Cañon City, CO - Tyler Cañon City, CO; 1 Granddaughters - Madison Colo Spgs, CO; 3 Great Grandson's -- Celeb, Logan and George; 1 Great Granddaughter - Annabelle.
Mrs. Garrison was preceded in death by her husband, Larry W Garrison; her parents, Emile and Mary Kathryn Garnett; her sisters, Jane Southard and Kathryn Herring; her brother, Keith Garnett; and 1 Grandson.
Rose Garrison was a Nurse, a homemaker, a volunteer at Christmas Unlimited, and ran the food pantry at Anchor Way Baptist Church.
Rose was born in Loyal, Ok.
Also worked as a ticket taker/concession worker at Wesland drive-in theaters with her husband and sons, Joe and Dom. This was one of the biggest highlights of her life: working with her family at the 21st drive-in.
Rose was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother, always putting her family before herself. Was known for having a great heart and for helping others in need.
Services will be held at Anchor Way Baptist Church on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at noon.
