David Thomas Lewis was born Jan 13, 1955 at Williams AFB, AZ to Charles E. Lewis and Patricia (Nuttall) Lewis.
He died at his home in Cottonwood AZ on Jan. 3, 2021.
He worked for the Hampton Inn for several years in Colorado Springs, Meriden CT, and Sedona AZ. He was employed by Safeway at the time of his death.
He earned Eagle Scout in Troop 643 in Denison TX in 1968 and graduated from Wasson High School in Colorado Springs CO in 1973.
He married Melissa Blanz in Nov. 1982 and had twin boys, Edmund and Sean, in 1985. They divorced in 1986.
He married Debra Meyer in Oct. 1997. Debra died in Dec. 2009.
He was predeceased by his mother, Patricia, in 2017. He is survived by his father, Charles, his sons, Edmund and Sean, his former wife, Melissa Blanz, and his sisters, Suzy, Marti, Mary, and Ruth.

David was a good man. A kind heart, inquisitive mind, a wonderful father, and always willing to lend a helping hand. I will remember him fondly. All my love to his two boys and remaining family members.
