Dolores Marie Nostrand, age 91, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed peacefully on December 27, 2025. She was born on May 23, 1934, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dolores was a loving and devoted wife to Gerald "Jerry" Nostrand for 65 wonderful years. Their marriage was a true partnership built on faith, love, laughter, and unwavering commitment. She was a wonderful and proud mother to her daughter, Belinda Joy Monroe, who was the center of her heart.

Known as a fun and spicy grandmother, Dolores delighted in her grandchildren Amanda Como, Carissa Johnson, and Devin Monroe, and warmly embraced their spouses as her own. She was also an amazing great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Dolores lived her life rooted in faith. She loved the Lord deeply and shared that love generously with others through kindness, humor, and grace. On December 27, she went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and was joyfully reunited with her beloved Jerry in heaven.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Redemption Hill Church located at 4811 Bliss Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80925 at 2:00pm on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Dolores will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
