Edward "Eddie" Fred Trujillo was born on November 13, 1958 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He passed away at Memorial Hospital on May 11, 2022. Eddie was a lifetime resident of the Springs. He worked as a clean room technician at Digital for many years, he also did janitorial work for School District 2 and the El Paso County Courthouse before his retirement.
Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie B. and Dolores (Vialpando) Trujillo; and his brother, David Trujillo.
He is survived by his son, Carlo Blea; six sisters, Brenda Alvarado, Ruby Thompson (Danny), Linda Cappello (Ernie), Sally Rodriguez of the Springs, Margie Herrera (Gilbert) of Arizona, and Becky Hernandez (Frank) of Florida; four brothers, Robert Trujillo (Ruth), and LeRoy Trujillo of Denver, Colorado, Gerald Trujillo (Loretta), and Ernie Trujillo of Colorado Springs; and many nephews and nieces that were dear to his heart.
Eddie was dearly loved by all his family. He was a caring person; we will miss his phone calls to check in on us with words of encouragement.
Life is like a mist, appears for just a day. Then disappears tomorrow. All that we are, can quickly fade away, replaced with tears and sorrow. We wait for the day when our loving creator will call your name and you will awake in a wonderful new world to live again.
We love you Eddie and will always miss you.

I want to say to the family so sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. I knew Eddie and the family since high school me and Sally went to school together. Eddie was always happy and fun to be with. He will be missed by all who knew him. Always a nice guy. God bless him and the family. Our prayers are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear the lost of one of My Dearest Friend, Eddie.
I meet him a long time ago at Digital. We exchanged names and from that day on Eddie always called me, Roby and our friendship was amazing! We even played on the same softball team. We did more laughing than hitting the ball. I've never met anyone like Eddie. So kind, caring, funny and full of love. He will be missed! Peace and The Grace of God The Father be with Eddie's loving family.
