Elena Ohlbrecht Obituary
Elena was born on January 29, 1978, to Jaime Galindo and Saratina (Crout) Galindo in Downey, CA. On October 30, 2008, she married Tyler Ohlbrecht in Colorado Springs, CO.
Elena was a devoted wife and loving mother to her three daughters, a pillar of strength and a best friend to her family. After a bout with breast cancer in 2011, she devoted her spare time supporting breast cancer charities and research where she was able to share her strength and love with other breast cancer survivors.
The Lord welcomed his beautiful angel Elena into the gates of Heaven. Her body may have left us, but her spirit will remain with us in our hearts. We will cherish all the memories we had with her, and remember her laughter and contagious smile. Her faith was unbreakable, and we can be at peace knowing she is rejoicing in Heaven.
Elena is survived by her husband, Tyler; three daughters: Harlie, Reagan and Paige; her parents: Jaime and Saratina; siblings: Jacob, Megan and Erica; and a very large extended family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel.
