Elsie Garner Obituary
She is survived by four brothers: Roosevelt, Hubert, Donald and Lawrence; one sister: Shirley; three children: Larry, Sharon, Gregory; and seven grandchildren.
A visitation for Elsie will be held at 10:00am on Monday, May 12th with a funeral service to follow at 11:00am.
Mom,
I love you.
You taught us important life lessons and were always there for us.
