Gwen was full of joy and had a wonderful sense of humor. I recall how much she contributed to the health department and the well child services,
as she conducted developmental screenings.Over the years, she has probably touched the lives of nearly 10,000 children in El Paso County. Her heart was the community she lived in. She faced a home fire and health issues with courage and kept a sense of humor and hope. I recall the seemingly hundreds of little leather bags she worked on during the Muzzleloader Days. She was an inspiration and was a joy to work with. May Our Lord walk with you, her family and friends, as you recall her life well lived. Jodean Perry
